PROGRAMS

Science Unlimited has developed the following programs for the delivery of science enrichment instruction and activities:

IN-SCHOOL INSTRUCTIONAL SERVICES:
Science Unlimited delivers classroom instruction inpublic and private schools to students grades K-8. Schools can choose Science Unlimited curriculum from our curriculum specifically aligned with state and federal science standards or from our extensive collection of enrichment classes.

AFTER-SCHOOL SCIENCE ENRICHMENT CLASSES:
Science Unlimited offers weekly enrichment classes featuring project oriented lessons to students ages 5-13. Science Unlimited partners with school and after-school recreation organizations to provide these enrichment classes.

SUMMER ENRICHMENT CAMPS:
During the summer, Science Unlimited makes its instructional services available to recreation organizations. Science Unlimited provides enrichment instruction to participants with the client organization providing the child care staff, facility, and marketing for the enrichment camps.

HOMESCHOOL/INDEPENDANT STUDY CLASSES:
Science Unlimited offers challenging hands-on projects tohomeschool students. Classes are offered in independent study program facilities. In addition, community based homeschool groups can organize and host Science Unlimited classes.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT:
Science Unlimited has a developed a huge collection of project-based, grade-level-appropriate science lessons. Many of our lessons are created "in-house", but we frequently adapt curriculum developed by such organizations as Rock-It Science, The Tech Museum of Innovation and The Exploratorium. In addition, innovations created by class participants will lead to new ideas for Science Unlimited lessons.

DONATION OF INSTRUCTIONAL SERVICES:
Science Unlimited donates instructional services to a handful of school and organizations that serve students from lower income communities.

SPECIAL EVENTS:
Science Unlimited activities are great at practically any event for kids (or even at events for grown-ups who act like kids). Science Unlimited makes it activities available to companies, schools, organizations, cities, libraries and individuals for all kinds of special events.
